FairTax, Flat tax or VAT

Some people question if our party is going to limit our options for replacing our broken tax code to the FairTax plan. I will say that the answer is no. We chose the FairTax plan and included it in our platform because at the time, that was and is our primary choice to replace the broken tax code.

Our party does back the FairTax plan, which replaces all income, corporate, payroll, social security, medicare, estate, gift, capital gains and alternative minimum taxes with an inclusive National Sales Tax of 23%, To make the NST a fair tax, all adult citizens will recieve a monthly check of $187 as well as a check of $65 per child living in that household. Under our version though, it will be a flat $200/month for every man, woman, and child living in that household.

Under the current version of FairTax, it is a flat National Retail Sales Tax of 23%. However, under our version of FairTax, we will consider a NST of 25% of a Value Added Tax of a rate that will be sufficent to raise the revenue necessary to finance our programs. The FairTax itself may have to be modified in order to pass through Congress as well as comply with World Trade Organization agreements as long as we are working with the WTO.

If we cannot enact a national consumption tax, then we will consider the Flat Tax. Bear in mind that the flat tax will not tax the underground economy, tax the offshore economy, and that the tax code has been flattened several times before. In defense of the Flat Tax though, many nations in Eastern Europe have adopted the flat tax and have been reaping the results.

Regardless of any of the tax systems we will choose, we will enact a National Land Tax on the unimproved value of land. Libertarians such as Milton Friedman advocated a land tax. People on the left advocated the land tax. The land value of the USA is around $33 trillion at the time of this post. A 2% tax would raise $660 billion. In addition, the land tax will encourage slumlords to dump their run-down properties and encourage land efficency. Finally, the better the land is managed, the increase in the value of the land and the more tax revenue is raised.

One thing is for certain, our tax code must be ripped out and replaced with a system that is fair, paperless for most Americans, raise the necessary revenue, promote savings and investment, encourages businesses from all over the world to relocate to the USA, and has the broadest base possible for taxation. We will not settle for anything less.

Colonize Haiti!

The recent disaster in Haiti is another nail on the coffin of a failed state named Haiti. While the USA is rightfully sending as much aid as possible to the poverty-stricken, ecologically devastated, economically shattered country, it will barely make a dent in the nation's situation. In fact, America has intervened in and withdrew from Haiti multiple times in U.S. History. So what can we do to finally make Haiti right.

I believe the only way we can make Haiti right is if America colonizes Haiti. We must occupy Haiti with 500,000 troops and appoint an American governor to govern the country with American officials carrying out the day-to-day administration of the nation until we train a new civil service administration for the country. We will invest $100 billion in building a system of infrastructure in Haiti which will put 1.6 million Haitians to work at living wages. We will build and operate schools to educate Haitians in the English languages as well as American History, culture and government.

After a decade or two of reconstruction, Haiti will be admitted into the union as a state and the Haitians will be free to elect their own leaders as well as the members of Congress that will represent Haiti.

This proposal will face opposition from every point in the spectrum except from the Falconist Party. However, we have tried everything short of colonialism to put Haiti on the right track and have failed. America has intervened in Haiti multiple times and Haiti is still in the same sorry state that was in for the past 200 years.

Moreover, if we fail to rectify the situation in Haiti, another world power will take advantage of the situation in Haiti. Hugo Chavez may establish another Bolviaran regime in Haiti and make Haiti a sattelite state of Venezuela. China may intervene and make Haiti a Communist state that will provide China with a naval base as well as a base to launch missiles, combat aircraft, and terrorist attacks at the US. Then there is the millions of Haitians that will flee from Haiti on rafts to America's shores.

So in conclusion, the only way I know we can truly save Haiti is for America to colonize Haiti and make Haiti a state of the USA. If we can succeed with Haiti, we can succeed with every other Caribbean and Latin American nation of North America and we can unite the North American continent into the greater United States of America that we, the Falconist Party envision.

the future US Flag

I have been giving alot of thought over the past couple of years about what the US Flag were to look like if we added more states to the union. Over the past 240 years, we added 37 states to the union. That is one state every six years. Between large states breaking up into smaller ones, nations joining our union as one or more states, and colonies we may establish in the ocean or on the Moon or other planets, it is concievable that we may add 100, 1000, or even a million states to our union. How do we adjust our flag accordingly?

Some people propose going back to 13 stars in a circle while others suggest freezing the flag at 50 stars. Problem with this idea is that many people insist that their state is represented in the flag with a star. I have seen designs for up to 70 stars but what then.

Then I came up with a different idea using different colors and types of stars to represent the number of states in the union.

• One white 5-pointed star will = 1 state
• One siliver 5-pointed star will = 5 states
• One gold 5-pointed star will = 10 states
• One while 4-pointed star will = 100 states
• One silver 4 pointed star will = 1000 states
• One gold 4-pointed star will = 10,000 states
• One white 8-pointed star will = 100,000 states
• One silver 8-pointed star will = 1 million states
• One gold 8 pointed star will = 10 million states
• One white 10 pointed star will = 100 million states
• One silver 10-pointed star will = 1 billion states
• One gold 10-pointed star will = 10 billion states

I think a system like this will last the USA at least 1000 years if not longer. Comming up with a flag to represent these states was the easy part. How to govern all these states and represent them in Congress will be the hard part.

Not left, nor right, but up

For the past 230 years, we have left control of our country to the two major parties. For the past couple of decades, the two major parties have failed to fix our tax system, fix our infrastructure, fix social security, fix immigration, fix health care, failed to fix anything! We have given the two major parties a chance and they blew it.

However, the minor parties don't offer much of an alternative either. The Constitution Party wants to take America back to the 18th century and offers 18th century proposals in a 21st century world. We give the Constitutionalists credit for their efforts to rebuild the family unit, championing the sancity of life of the unborn, championing the restoration of public morality. However, the Constitutionalists champion the myth of the American individual while ignoring what government has done throughout our history such as opening the west, building roads and railroads across the country, land grant colleges, building the interstate and U.S. Highway systems, electrifying our country, founding the biotech industry with N.I.H. building the middle class after World War II with the G.I. Bill. The Constitution Party claims they are defending the Constitution when they are actually limiting it.

The Libertarian Party calls for less government when our society needs the government to rebuild our infrastructure, reform our health care system, restore public morality, restore law and order, implement policies to rebuild our industrial base, implement policies to develop domestic sources of energy, rebuild our cities, reform our pension system, and maintain the security of our nation. Moreover, the Libertarian party will not secure our borders, leave our world in chaos, and promotes license of the activities that are destroying our nation.

The Green Party is just a more left-wing version of the Democratic Party. We Falconists care about the environment. However, we don't want to leave the world in the hands of ecofanatics! The environmental movement has become the home of Socialists ever since Communism and Socialism have been rendered into the ash heap of irrelevance!

There is only one party that will combine the ideas of the right and the left to take our nation up. There is only one party that has the plans, the vision, the people, and the resolve to tackle the problems of this country. That party is the Falconist Party.

Other solutions for Iraq and Afghanistan

In an earlier post, I proposed the annexation of Iraq and Afghanistan by the USA. This is not to say that this is the only solution on the table. I acknowledge other possible solutions to this issue as well.

One solution I would support is if Israel annexed Iraq and Afghanistan along with Lebanon, Syria, Iran , Jordan, Saudi Arabia, Yemen, Oman, the Gulf States, Libya, and Egypt. This would put the world's oil supply in friendly hands and ensure the preservation of Israel on all sides. America would recieve 50% of all oil produced in this "Greater Israel" and maintain bases in the region in exchange for recognition of Israel's new empire in the Middle East.

Another solution is one proposed by military and intelligence collumnist and author Ralph Peters (LTC, U.S. Army, retired). He proposed a new map for the whole Middle East which included the breakup of Iraq and Iran, the enlargement of Kuwait and the Gulf States, the breakup of Saudi Arabia, and the birth of Kurdistan.

I've heard some people propose the admission of Israel into the USA as a state and for the USA to annex the entire Middle East. Thing is that many people will see this as a plan to block God's plan for the Middle East citing that Israel will be restored as a nation in the last days. Not to mention there are many people not keen on us annexing the Middle East at all for reasons too many to cite.

I can tell you what is not working, trying to build new and indepenent societies in these failed states and giving everyone timetables for us to withdraw. I will also tell you this. The Falconist Party is committed to implementing radical solutions to finaly pacify Iraq and Afghanistan and to bring peace to the Middle East as well as the rest of the world.

Falconist program for the final frontier

One issue that separates the Falconist Party from the other political parties today is its support for a robust space program. A program that goes beyond just putting an astronaut on Mars but for a full-blown program of space colonization. Our program includes the following.

1. Establishing permament colonies on the Moon, both above the surface and underground
2. Colonizing the inner planets of our solar system such as Mars and Venus
3. Establishing self-contained space colonies in orbit around the Earth
4. Establishing mining colonies throughout the asteroid belt and colonize the moons of the gas giants.
5. Eventually establishing extra-solar colonies on planets orbiting other stars.
6. Building a network of sattelite solar power stations in low-Earth orbit to collect the sun's solar energy in space and beaming it to collectors on Earth in the form of microwaves.

The first stop in our space program has to be the moon. To begin with, if we are going to establish a colony on Mars, the moon would make an excellent labortory on how to or not how to establish a colony on Mars. Also, the moon can supply the metal we need to build advanced space stations in low-Earth orbit. A colony on the moon can also manufacture larger spacecraft that don't have to be launched from Earth. Why launch a Mars-bound rocket from the Earth that can carry 1-12 people when you can build a much larger ship that can carry 100-500 astronauts and all the supplies they need for a mission? We must go back to the moon and colonize the moon first.

The next stop will then be Mars. We will build the Orion spacecraft on the Moon which will detonate nuclear bombs for propulsion. The Orion spacecraft will reach Mars in a couple of days as opposed to months and the astronauts will spend a few months mapping the planet and locating sites to establish the first Martian colonies. The spaceyards of the Moon will turn out more Orion spacecraft and we will land thousands of colonists on Mars. The Martian colonists will refine water from the ground, build cities under geodesic domes, grow food in greenhouses, and begin terraforming the planet. Solar mirrors in Martian orbit will warm up the surface along with vents dug to the Martian core. Some asteriods may be crashed into Mars giving the planet more mass. The Martian atmosphere will be seeded with algae which will consume the carbon dioxide and produce oxygen. In about 100 years, Mars could be a replica of Earth.

Venus would be too hot to colonize right away. We would need to establish space stations around the planet and bombard the planet's atmosphere with a tough species of algae. The algae will begin converting the planet's carbon-dioxide into oxygen. Excess oxygen will be transported to Mars. In about 100-200 years, Venus could also be a replicia of Earth and open for colonization around the poles.

While the planets of Mars and Venus are being terraformed and colonized, self-contained space colonies will be built in Low-Earth orbit. The colonies will be in the shapes of tires, cylinders and spheres. These colonies will be much larger than space stations and will contain Earth-like environments. They will house between 10,000 to several million colonists. They will be engaged in the manufacture of ten-kilometer wide sattelite solar power stations that will orbit the Earth and collect the sun's solar energy 24-7 and beam it to Earthside collectors that in turn will convert the microwaves back into electricity for consumption as well as to refine hydrogen from our oceans to fuel motor-vehicles and aircraft, drastrically reducing America's dependence on foriegn oil and making America an energy exporter.

Factories on the moon and in space will manufacture spacecraft along with items that can't be manufactured on Earth without great difficulty due to ever present gravity. These factories will also turn out the components to build the "battle star" system that will defend America from ICBMs as well as ensure America command of space. The "battle stars" will be military space stations that will defend America against ICBMs with space-based missile and laser systems. The battle-stars will also direct America's arsenal of hypersonic weapons against any target worldwide.

Eventually, we will establish mining colonies in the asteroid belt as well on the moons of the gas giants such as Europa, Calisto, Io, Titan and Triton to meet America's hunger for raw materials. By colonizing the planets, moons and planetoids of the solar system, we will make America self sufficent in all raw materials.

The question people ask is how much will all this cost? To begin with, we need to rebuilt our space fleet. We propose spending $100 billion on building 50 new space shuttles and developing a new heavy lift launch vehicle. We believe we can establish a colony on the moon for $100 billion. If our economic policies are implemented, we can raise this $100 billion without breaking the bank and we will get a generous return on our investment and we can expand our colonizing efforts in space.

Some people would ask why spend money on space when that money is needed here? First of all if our economic policies are implemented, we will retire the national debt and we will save $200-400 billion in interest payments on the national debt. Second of all, a program of space colonization will result in "spin-off" industries as new technologies will have to be developed to colonize space. That means new industries and new jobs here on Earth. Third, many solutions to health care, energy, poverty, famine, may be found in colonizing space. New drugs developed in zero-G labortories may cure Cancer, AIDS, MS, ALS, and so on. Solar energy in space may break our addiction to oil. Food grown in space colonies, on the Moon may feed the world. Space colonization means more land for a growing world population. Finally, space colonization means more oppurtunity for the world's poor to better their lives by becoming colonists.

If America controls space, then America will control the Earth. The nations of Earth will be overwhelmed by America's wealth and power as a result of space colonization and the ability to launch ICBMs and hypersonic weapons against anyone in the world with impunity will force nations to aquiesce to annexation by the USA. If America colonizes and rules the Moon, Mars and Venus, then it would make sense for America to rule the whole Earth.

With all of humanity and the solar system united by the USA, America can then focus on developing the means to establish extra-solar colonies on planets that orbit other stars such as Alpha Centauri, Tau Ceti, Epsilon Indi, Epsilon Edriani, Barnard's Star, Vega, Proxima Centauri, 87 Opunchi. We will no longer have to worry about overpopulation nor sucking Earth's resources dry.

This is a plan that will take centuries to unfold. However, we believe we should start today in this conquest of the final frontier. Opening the door to the final frontier may be the lasting legacy of a Falconist administration.

Annex Iraq and Afghanistan!!!!

"Have you lost your mind?" Would be the first reaction to our suggestion followed by the never ending accusations of "imperialism", "tyranny", "oppression" and comparisons to empires past may it be the Victorian British Empire, the brutal Nazi and Japanese Empires, or the fallen Roman Empire. Constitutionalists and other Americans would argue that the USA was born out of reaction to Empire, not to form an empire of its own. Before we take on these arguements, allow me to outline a strategy to win the wars in Iraq and Afghanistan.

1. Garrison Iraq and Afghanistan with a million GIs in each country


2. Dissolve the provisional governments in Iraq and Afghanistan and replace them with American Governors.


3. Turn the Iraqi and Afghan armies we are training and building into National Guard and police units.


4. Use every means at our disposal, including atomic weapons, to win the war.


5. Invade and occupy Iran and Pakistan if they interfere with our war against Islamic extremism.

Had we rebuilt our military to 20-30 million active duty personnel and deployed a million troops to Iraq as well as a million troops to Afghanistan, we may still have sustained 10,000 fatalities and have 80,000 wounded soldiers. However, the rebuilding of Iraq and Afghanistan would be well underway and the Taliban, Al-Queda, the Afghan Warlords, and the Iraqi insurgents would all have been wiped out. For ever GI they kill, two would have taken his place and they would have killed ten enemy combatants each. We would have killed at least 100,000 Afghan and Iraqi insurgents. Maybe even a million enemy combatants. That would have been enough to make the Iraqi and Afghan insurgents cry "uncle" and give up.

Now people would ask why would we annex Iraq and Afghanistan? Why not just build modern democratic societies in these nations and just leave? I would ask what if the people of these nations vote the Taliban into power in Afghanistan and Al-Queda into power in Iraq? If we annex Iraq and Afghanistan and they eventually become states of the US, then they would be obligated to maintain republican forms of government. They would be forbidden by the U.S. Constitution to turn their societies into dictatorships. The people of Iraq and Afghanistan would be guranteed their rights under the U.S. Constitution and that their nations will remain federal democratic societies.

Another reason to annex Iraq and Afghanistan is that every $1 we invest in rebuilding them will be added to our GDP. We are going to build roads, bridges, freeways, railways, power plants, desalination plants, pipelines, aqueducts, educational facilities, health care facilities, sewer systems, public safety facilities, and other public buildings. We will put millions of Iraqis and Afghans to work rebuilding these territories to American levels. When their reconstruction is complete, Iraq and Afghanistan will have GDPs of $1 trillion each. That is $2 trillion added to America's GDP. That is $500 billion in tax revenue flowing into the coffers of the USG each year. Annexing and rebuilding Iraq and Afghanistan will add to America's wealth and power, not draw from it.

People will argue that this policy smacks of imperialism. First of all, is that such a bad thing? Is the very nature of imperialism immoral or the things that come with it are immoral? Second of all, previous empires never sought to make full-fledge citizens of conquered peoples let alone be able to vote in imperial elections (if any were held). Iraq and Afghanistan may start out as American colonies. However, as soon as the people are ready, we will make Iraq and Afghanistan states of the USA with two Senators and a score of house seats for each territory. They will elect their own governors and state legislators.

People will argue that Iraq and Afghanistan are too geographically and culturally remote from the USA to become states of the union. We argue that Iraq and Afghanistan are no more culturally remote from the USA than Texas and no more geographically remote than Alaska or Hawaii. Moreover, what is the difference between having 50 million Iraqis and Afghans immigrating to the United States and annexing Iraq and Afghanistan other than that they would be brining their countries with them into our union.

People will argue that we would only be annexing Iraq for the oil. We don't need Iraq for the oil. We can meet our energy needs by refining gasoline from coal, increasing domestic production of oil and natural gas, and develop alternative sources of energy. Besides, if we are going to invade a nation for oil, we might as well invade Mexico and get some cheap labor along with Mexico's oil. This "war for oil" the left espouses in this country is sheer nonsense.

People are also afraid that if we annex Iraq and Afghanistan, we will be going down the same road as the British and Roman Empires. First of all, Rome is not famous for how it fell. Rome is famous for how it endured. Aincent Rome endured for 1,000 year and continued on as the Eastern Roman Empire of Byzatine Empire for another 1,000 years. The British Empire endured for 200 years after Britian established her first colony. If we did go down this road, we won't see the end of our empire for maybe until 2210 at the earliest and 4010 at the latest.

Besides, abstaining from empire is no guarantee the immortality of our federal democratic republic. The average republic lasted 200 years. France went through five republics and two empires ever since the monarchy was overthrown in the French revolution. Moreover, nobody is talking about abolishing our federal democratic instutitons in annexing Iraq and Afghanistan. We will still retain our constitutional federal democratic republic. We will continue to elect our POTUS, our Congress, and they in turn will appoint and confirm the justices of our SCOTUS. We will continue to posess elected governors and state lawmakers and elected municipal officials. The only thing that would change is that Iraq and Afghanistan will be ruled by American governors until their reconstruction would be complete and their peoples are ready to become citizens of the United States with the ability to participate in American federal elections.

As far as this policy being considered anti-American, our nation was born out of war and built by war. The War of 1812 gave us the Great Lakes. The Mexican War gave us half of the Mexican Empire. American's waged the Indian Wars in expanding our nation across the North American continent. The Spanish-American wars gave us the Phillipines, Hawaii, the West Indies, and Cuba. In the cold war, America ruled-by-proxy nations through Somozas, Batistas, Pinochets, Mubaraks, Marcoses and Shahs. America ruled the Phillipines for 50 years before granting the nation independence. America ruled Japan for five years after WW2.

Furthermore, look at our success stories, we ruled and rebuilt West Germany, Italy, South Korea, and Japan for a decade after WW2. Today, these nations are modern democracies with thriving economies. Had America formally annexed them eventually made them states, America would have doubled its GDP and population.

The question people ask is where should it stop? The United States of America should annex and rebuild all of North America to begin with. Canada we can admit into the union as 13 new states with no problems. Greenland could be purchased from Denmark or ask the island's parliament on whether or not Greenland would switch from Danish rule to joining the USA. Haiti is a real basketcase that demands American intervention. If Mexico can't control illegal immigration into the USA and continues to descend into chaos, then Mexico would have to be invaded, occupied, annexed and rebuilt. Cuba must be liberated and admitted into our union. The rest of the Central American and Caribbean nations, along with Guyana can be persuaded to join the USA and reap the benefits of belonging to the USA.

The USA must take out the regimes of all rogue states worldwide. The USA must liberate Iran, Syria, Libya, Somalia, Saudi Arabia, Pakistan, Burma, North Korea, Venezuela, Sudan, and China. The USA should not stop until all regimes engaged in terrorism, tyranny, and tracking of drugs and people in bondage are blasted out of existence.

The USA has the wealth, power, means, and obligation to build a better world for all people. The USA should emcompass at least one whole American continent. It would even be better if the USA ruled the Western Hemisphere from pole to pole. The whole world would prosper if the stars and stripes flown over every corner of the Earth.
